The Challenge: Effectively executing a defined scope of work while working around multiple prime contractors on a congested construction site.
Our Solution: Rice-Brothers employed multi-level Sr Construction Management oversite using proven strategies and leveraging strong schedule and cost control tools in P6 and Viewpoint.
Result: Delivered needed scope items to improve schedule.
Fill, Flush, and Passivation

The Challenge: Engaging mid scope and supporting needed equipment, resources, and expertise to meet or exceed expected schedule demand.

Bitcoin Mining & AI-Ready Data Center
Scale: 650 MW
The Challenge: Engaging prime contractor and manufacturer mid-scope to implement a solution to improve airflow on data hall cooling strategy.
Our Solution: Mobilize an experienced project team including millwrights with wealth of experience to remove adjust and replace 800+ Axial Fans.
Result: Corrected air circulation to maximize heat removal.

From Site-Prep to “White Tag”
Rice-Brothers follows a standardized, five-phase mission-critical delivery model to ensure predictable outcomes for the world’s most demanding tech providers.
Industrial engineering, design, and construction services
Integrated Preconstruction & VDC
We don’t just “estimate.” We use 4D modeling to simulate the entire build sequence before the first shovel hits the dirt. This includes BIM-based coordination to eliminate clashes between massive MEP systems and structural steel.
Prefabrication & Offsite Manufacturing
To compress schedules, we move work off the “critical path.” Modular electrical rooms, skid-mounted pump packages, and exterior wall panels are built in controlled environments, then delivered for just in time installation.
Self-Perform Execution
Rice-Brothers self-performs critical-path trades, including concrete and electrical. This removes “trade stacking” friction and ensures our high safety standards are met by every person on-site.
Rigorous 5-Level Commissioning
We guide projects through all 5 Levels of commissioning.

Level 1–3: Factory testing and pre-installation verification.

Level 4: Functional performance testing of individual components.

Level 5 (White Tag): Full Integrated System Testing (IST), including “blackout” simulations to verify failover reliability.
Operational Handover & Readiness
Our job isn’t done at substantial completion. We provide comprehensive as-built documentation and staff training to ensure the facility team is ready for “Day 1” operations.
