Larry Rice has over twenty-seven years of industrial construction and maintenance experience. As President of Execution, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, project management, and long-term strategic direction of the operational divisions. Larry ensures that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability. Larry is a seasoned leader with deep knowledge of construction management, strong financial and business acumen, and a proven track record of leading complex projects and large teams in a fast-paced environments.

Alan Rice is a construction executive with more than 25 years of experience leading industrial, petrochemical, energy, and infrastructure projects throughout the United States. As one of the managing partners of Rice Brothers LLC and Data Infrastructure Solutions (DIS), he specializes in delivering complex construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.

Alan has built a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams capable of executing large-scale projects in demanding environments. His expertise includes project execution, business development, strategic planning, contract management, and workforce development.

Jeremy Rice brings over 24 years of industry experience, having worked extensively across a broad range of sectors, including chemical, refining, food, aviation, and water treatment projects. He is not only a seasoned professional but also family-focused and employee-focused, ensuring a balanced approach to both his work and personal life.

Craig Cooper, President of Commercial Construction, has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting within the construction and energy industries. He has held Vice President, Director and Controller level positions in Texas, Louisiana and the northeastern United States. Throughout his career, he has utilized technology and process improvement to develop efficiencies in delivering project and overhead back office services. Ernesto is an experienced estimating manager with a proven track record in success across the construction and energy industries. He has a background in GIS analysis and is a proud Iraq-era veteran.

Scott Weaver is a distinguished executive with over 30 years of experience driving revenue and market expansion within the industrial construction industry. Known for a strategic approach to large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, Scott has held pivotal leadership roles at district, regional, and national levels, consistently delivering growth in highly competitive markets.

Hunter VanSchoubroek is an experienced EPC Project Manager at Rice Brothers LLC, where he provides exceptional leadership in executing highly complex and technically demanding construction programs across Texas. He is known for his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage evolving project requirements, and consistently deliver results that align with client expectations, budgets, and schedules.

Before joining Rice Brothers, Hunter advanced through multiple project management roles, including serving as a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing more than $3 billion in large-scale capital construction projects. His experience spans healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, where he has managed major facility expansions, clinical upgrades, utility improvements, and ground-up developments.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University, graduating with honors. He maintains OSHA 30 certification and is proficient in BIM, Bluebeam, VDC tools, and a wide range of construction technologies, bringing strong technical insight and a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to every project.

Trevor Williams is a seasoned construction and project execution leader with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex projects across the oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions overseeing multi-billion-dollar EPC projects, project controls organizations, construction operations, and maintenance services for some of the industry’s most recognized companies.

As Vice President of Projects and Maintenance at Rice Brothers, Trevor provides strategic leadership for project execution, operational performance, cost management, and business growth initiatives. He has successfully led global project controls implementations, managed international engineering and construction teams, and supported major capital projects throughout North America and abroad.

Levin Rosales manages Rice Brothers’ digital marketing efforts, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project. He is dedicated to helping customers through thoughtful problem-solving and data-driven marketing solutions. Levin is a graduate of the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, where he earned his degree in Marketing. Before joining Rice Brothers, he worked in the legal field, an experience that sharpened his analytical skills and attention to detail. He stays up to date on real-world marketing trends and is fluent in Spanish.

Larry is a piping design manager with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He is an expert in CAD software applications and has shown proven success in carrying out projects from initial planning to completion.
